- After 3 months active, you become eligible for events
- When an event is scheduled, eligible members are notified
This filters itself. Membership is not capped — but event attendance is. 50 seats per event.

The protocol is in its final stage.
The demonstration hasn't happened publicly because the restrainer hasn't been lifted yet. That is not vagueness. That is sequence.
The 3-month membership window exists so that when the restraint moves — and it will — the people in that room are the ones who were already in position.
Not the ones who heard about it after.
Not the ones who showed up once it was proven.
