By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Information We Collect
When you make a purchase, submit a form, or apply for membership, we collect:
- Name and email address — required for account creation, delivery, and communication
- City and country — collected on Pre-Trib and Scholarship application forms for geographic context
- Written responses — application answers submitted via Pre-Trib Request, Scholarship, or response forms
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; TSOM does not store card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes
- Government-issued ID details — verified at event check-in only; not stored digitally by TSOM
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical data including:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited, time on site, and referral source — via Google Analytics 4
- Cookies — used for analytics and site functionality (see Section 5)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- To deliver your purchase — sending the Appointed PDF after payment
- To manage your membership — granting portal access, processing billing, and sending membership communications
- To process and review applications — Pre-Trib and Scholarship applications are reviewed personally by Midas Seth Jewson
- To send emails you opted into — post-purchase sequences, membership updates, and event communications
- To enforce our Terms & Conditions — including identity verification and safety screening at events
- To improve the Site — using aggregated analytics data to understand how people use the Site
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party platforms to operate TSOM. Each processes your data according to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
- Active subscribers — data retained for the duration of membership plus a reasonable period after cancellation
- PDF purchasers — contact record retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested
- Application data — retained for internal reference regardless of approval outcome
- Payment records — retained as required by Stripe and applicable financial regulations
