These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thatsonofman.com ("Site") and all associated content, products, and services offered by That Son of Man ("TSOM," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TSOM is operated by a Delaware C-Corporation. It is not a church, religious organization, nonprofit, or ministry. It is a for-profit entity that delivers a framework, content, and experiences.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, purchase any product, or subscribe to any membership. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content from the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or any server or network connected to it
• Impersonate any person or entity, including TSOM personnel
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

If you create an account or maintain a membership, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@thatsonofman.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, the Y = AX + B framework, the Appointed PDF, and all written materials — is the exclusive property of TSOM or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing Appointed or subscribing to a TSOM membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any TSOM content without written permission
• Create derivative works based on TSOM content, the framework, or any materials
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to membership content or the Appointed PDF
• Use TSOM's name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written approval

Any written responses, application answers, or other content you submit to TSOM (including via forms, email, or feedback channels) may be used internally for review and evaluation purposes. We do not publish or attribute your submissions without your consent.

Disclaimers

The Site and all TSOM content, products, and experiences are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TSOM makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site for any particular purpose.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or religious advice. The Y = AX + B framework is a conceptual model presented for informational and experiential purposes. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any content encountered on this Site.

TSOM is not a church, ministry, or religious organization. Participation in any TSOM product, membership, or event does not constitute membership in a religious body, and TSOM does not claim authority over your spiritual beliefs or practices.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. TSOM does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TSOM and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, any TSOM content, or any TSOM product or service.

TSOM's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any TSOM product shall not exceed the total amount you paid to TSOM in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In such jurisdictions, TSOM's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TSOM and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Site; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party right; or any content you submit to TSOM.

Termination

TSOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes termination for violation of these Terms, the Terms & Conditions, or any behavior that TSOM determines to be harmful to the Site, its community, or its mission.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and access any membership content ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

TSOM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TSOM regarding your use of the Site and its services.

TSOM's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
